How to Write a CV for Jadarat Job Applications (2026)
Jadarat (جدارات) is Saudi Arabia’s national employment platform, run by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF, known in Arabic as Hadaf). Job seekers create a profile there and apply to posted opportunities. Even when you apply through the platform, your CV still matters: it’s the document you build your profile from, and an employer may ask for it later in the hiring process.
Keep your Jadarat profile and your CV consistent
A common problem is a profile that says one thing and a CV that says another. When job titles, dates, or your field of study don’t match, the person reviewing your application has to guess which version is right, and that doesn’t work in your favour.
- Job titles: use the same wording in both. If your official title doesn’t describe the work, give the official title first and explain the scope underneath.
- Dates: match the start and end month and year for every role.
- Education: write your university, major, and degree the same way in both places.
- Skills: every skill you list on the platform should have evidence in your CV, and the other way round.
Read the posting and use its language honestly
A job posting usually lists the qualifications and skills the employer is looking for. Read it in full before you apply, then compare it with your CV. Do the skills you actually have appear in the same terms the employer used? If the posting asks for "data entry", "customer service", or "Excel" and you have that experience, use those exact words in your Skills section and in your experience bullets.
Don’t add a skill you don’t have because it appeared in the posting. You’ll be asked about it in the interview, and a gap between your CV and reality makes the rest of it harder to trust.
Format it so it reads cleanly anywhere
Your CV might be read on a phone, opened on a laptop, stored in an employer’s applicant tracking system (ATS), or printed for an interview. Plain formatting holds up in all of these cases.
- One column with familiar section headings: Summary, Experience, Education, Skills, Certifications, Languages.
- No text inside images, tables, or text boxes.
- A clear font at a comfortable size, saved as PDF or DOCX with a sensible file name, such as your full name.
- Correct contact details (mobile, email, city) that match your Jadarat profile.
Describe results, not duties
Whether you have years of experience or a short internship, describe what you achieved, not only what you were assigned. The bullets below are illustrative examples of phrasing, not benchmarks to copy:
- Example: Served around 60 customers a day at a busy branch while keeping customer ratings high.
- Example: Built a weekly Excel report that cut the time my supervisor spent chasing updates.
- Example: Moved the department’s paper archive into an organised, searchable digital folder system.
If you don’t have exact figures, don’t invent them. A specific description of scope and outcome is stronger than a number you can’t explain in an interview.
Before you apply
Application requirements and platform features can change, so check jadarat.sa for the current requirements of each posting rather than relying on older advice. Then read your CV one last time: does it match your profile, reflect the posting honestly, and read cleanly?
