Terms of Service

1. The Service

HireRank provides AI-assisted CV analysis: scoring, peer ranking, market-fit checks, job-description matching, AI section rewriting, interview preparation questions, and document export. The service is provided by HireRank ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

Paid features are sold as one-time credits. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) on the pricing page and at checkout. We never see or store your card details. Credits are linked to the email address you sign in with.

3. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is needed. Send the request from the Support form on your account page (choose "Request a refund") or email support@hirerank.app. We refund the full amount to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and the paid features on that credit are removed once the refund is processed. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

HireRank improves how your CV reads and scores against common screening criteria. We do not and cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or any hiring outcome. Scores and suggestions are automated estimates, not professional career advice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only upload CV content that you own or have the right to use. You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, probe or circumvent its security or payment controls, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the CV content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, including sending it to our AI providers for analysis and rewriting.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
